About

NITIGURA NFC is manufacturer of textile products like fabrics, tape, rope and yarn using glass, flameproof fibers and stainless steel silk wool. We also offer processed products for different applications such as thermal insulation, flame resisting, acoustic absorption, energy-saving , engine hardware parts and gasket for various fields like vehicles including Forest & Garden machine, automotive, home appliances, buildings and industries.

Our parent company is in Japan and there are division company in (Japan)Aichi, Tokyo, (China)Foshan, Changchun, Dalian, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Indonesia .Our products have pass ISO/TS16949 certification and ISO9001 certification，also we have invention patents of products.

History

2022
Established the glass fiber cutting line and develop more new glass fiber insulation products.
2021
Established the pipe line, and can make the pipe by our own from now on, better to coordinate the production cost and optimize the production management.
2020
Established the No. 3 factory and assembly line.
2019
Established the bend line and meet greater market demand.
2014
Established the No. 2 factory ,and multiple stamping machines and welding machines were added, employees up to 124 members.
2010
We have successively obtained a large number of orders and cooperated closely with Toyota, Honda and Mitsubishi.
2006
Established the No. 1 factory and metal stamping production. At the same time, German cutting machines were introduced to produce stainless steel wool.
2004
Our company is wholly-owned by the NIHON GLASS FIBER INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.(Japan NITIGURA) . NITIGURA NFC became the first overseas metal processing factory of the Japan NITIGURA group.
1956
Japan Head company changed the name to NIHON GLASS FIBER INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.
1952
Japan head company stablished NIHON ARTIFICIAL FUR CO., LTD to produce Artificial fur.
